Refunds & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of purchase, delivery, or in-store pick-up to return items bought at the Rex Cox store or on our website rexcoxmenswear.com for a refund. Refunds are given back to the original method of payment, gift cards included.
You can return items purchased at rexcoxmenswear.com or at our retail store to our Rex Cox retail store in Mission, BC. Items bought in-store can only be returned in-store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the items are not resalable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made, made-to-measure, altered items, or underwear.
Items labeled as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you are returning an online purchase by mail, please retain your Canada Post receipt as proof until your refund is processed. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

To initiate the return or exchange process for an online purchase, please reach out to the store via phone at 604-826-2721 or by email at store@rexcoxmenswear.com Kindly note that you will be responsible for the separate shipping and handling fees associated with returning the item. Once the unworn product with all tags intact has been received by the store, your refund will be processed accordingly. The standard return policy period also applies to online orders.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
